Yvonne Rickert

Founding Principal, CEO/CHRO

Yvonne Rickert is the founding Principal of BPM HR Solutions. She has decades of experience and a deep human resource knowledge, coupled with an extreme passion for people! 


Yvonne has over 30 years of executive level leadership experience. Yvonne started as VP of Human Resources in the skilled nursing arena and spent 17 years at LCS as a senior level Human Resource & Operations professional. She served as a key member of the senior living executive leadership team for multiple community portfolios including Life Plan, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Hospitals, and Therapy. Yvonne has held CHRO positions for the last 6 years at Harmony Senior Services and HealthPro Heritage. Yvonne is a national presenter. She holds a graduate degree in Human Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven.

Margel DiMaggio

co-Founding Partner, VP of HR

Margel DiMaggio is a co-founding Partner at BPM HR Solutions. She has spent the majority of career to this point in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent organizations, always positioning herself in people-focused problem-solving roles at times of transition, across organizational functions.  She has held roles in Human Resources, Project Management, Business Development, and Strategy & Communications.  As a former Operator, Margel brings a key blend of business and people strategy to her work in HR.

In her most recent role, Margel grew and developed the HR function at a private-equity backed healthcare platform organization where she supported the organization’s growth from 1 to over 750 employees in just under 4 years.  Margel holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.

Jonathan Chomicz

co-Founding Partner, Chief Business Development Officer

Jonathan Chomicz is a co-founding Partner of BPM HR Solutions and serves as its Chief Business Development Officer.  He has decades of experience in the manufacturing industry doing consultative sales, marketing and business development across many different industries.  He holds an associate degree in manufacturing engineering and bachelor’s in business administration. 

Alissa M. Vertes

Chief Compliance Officer, ProComplySolutions

Alissa M. Vertes, MS, CCC-SLP, CHC®, brings over three decades of comprehensive experience in clinical and compliance services across diverse healthcare settings. Alissa earned her Master's degree in Speech Pathology from Nova Southeastern University, specializing in communication language and disorders. She has been Board Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC®) by the Health Care Compliance Association since 2011. 

With more than 14 years as the Chief Compliance Officer at HealthPRO-Heritage,  Alissa has led the way in compliance leadership and innovation. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest service standards to ensure exceptional compliance and promote enduring success. Her expertise encompasses conducting thorough compliance audits and evaluations to pinpoint shortcomings, enhancing and perfecting compliance programs, evaluating risks throughout the company, and formulating efficient corrective strategies. Additionally, she possesses extensive experience in supporting Independent Review Organizations (IRO) and Corporate Integrity Agreements to meet the requirements defined by the IRO. Currently, Alissa serves as the CEO and principal of ProComplySolutions, a company providing specialized healthcare compliance consulting services. Additionally, she is the Chief Advisor for Puzzl, an automated AI compliance platform that boosts efficiency, accuracy, and compliance outcomes.
